I have become aware that there is a large (and growing) community of highly sensitive people, intuitive people, psychic people, energy workers, lightworkers, grid-workers, mediums and Akashic Records practitioners in the world, all of whom are studying and growing in similar ways to myself.

One teacher alone that I have studied with, has over 2,000 students who are working with their Akashic Records, and working with clients!  Just imagine that level of spiritual change out in the world.

Are you interested in learning more about the Akashic Records, but don't know where to start?

As someone who has been on the spiritual journey for a while, I know how overwhelming it can be to start the journey and decide on a direction.

Perhaps you started the journey because you lost a loved one, left a relationship or just have a sense that there is more to life than your present experience.

I can check all of the above, and more, and I spent years ignoring or stuffing energetic signals, sensory information and intuitive hits that I felt really uncomfortable about -- since no-one else appeared to be having them!

Truth is, many of us are on the awakening path now and connecting with the spiritual phenomenon that is the Akashic Records is a really great place to start.

I know this because I wandered along many other paths before getting to this point, and the Akashic work has been the most rewarding spiritual work of all for me, and the way to get all my niggling questions answered.

My top 5 ways to get started with your Akashic Records Work

1.  Find a good book about the Akashic Records Work.  There are many out there, I recommend How to Read the Akashic Records: Accessing the Archive of the Soul and Its Journey, and Science and the Akashic Field: An Integral Theory of Everything.

The first is a more esoteric approach and starts you on the road to personal spiritual practice within the Akashic Records, the second is more science-based but also is great for setting the big picture, so one or the other should appeal to most readers.

2. Get a good Akashic Records Reading.  I have a lot of people who ask me 'What exactly ARE the Akashic Records?'.  Of course, you may say I am a Reader myself, so I would say that.  Yet it's also my experience that the best way to know a thing fully is to embody it, to do it. 

So if you are really ready, then a good Akashic Records Reading will give you a mind body and spirit 'feel' for what is out there. 

A good reading should be relevant, have an energetic feel to it, and answer at least one question that has been bugging you for a while.

3.  Consider the direction you wish to head in for your particular spiritual journey. What is happening for you, and why?

Are you having an opening to energy, such as chakra work, a sense of spirit or other energies around you?

Or -- perhaps you have a health challenge, life situation or circumstance that is keeping you stuck and feeling like you lack progress.

Or even -- that you are having spontaneous openings to unusual experiences, and want to know more. 

Any of these three situations are really good reasons to start your Akashic work and begin to move forward.

Many people have these experiences but don't understand how to put them in the context of their personal journey. 

So, in context, having an opening to energy could mean it is time to start learning an energy work modality or share your insights with other family members or friends for a healing experience.

Perhaps you are experiencing a health challenge to find out big answers for yourself or others.  You could be the next person to help change your life and someone else's for the better!

It's even possible that you are having unusual experiences because you are ready to become a practitioner in a new field or build a new community to help us evolve.   In my experience to date, these questions can be answered more clearly by learning to understand yourself through the framework of your Akashic Records.

4.  Start keeping a journal and write down what you know to be true for you as a result of spiritual study. Take classes too if you can.

They don't call it a journey for nothing!! 

I've attended many classes and workshops over the last 20 years, and for me, working in the Akashic Records has been, and continues to be, an opportunity to join the dots and answer all my 'why' questions.

So work on an area of personal development that is coming up for you.  I started by learning Neuro-Linguistic Programming(TM) and Accelerated Learning Theory. 

Initially, I thought this was because I would be using these skills for work, which I did. 

Yet also the work I did then has contributed to my spiritual path, encouraging me to think more deeply about the language I use and the approaches I take in daily life.  Now I use both skill sets to help clients grow when I give Akashic Records Readings.

5. Join groups of like-mind people, and encourage each other to grow on the path.  Soon, questions will begin to be answered and your clarity will expand.

It's been my experience on the journey that we are drawn to teach what we most need to learn.

For example, I was drawn to learn energy work because I am so energetically sensitive and was always taking on other's energy and not setting good boundaries.

Life Coaches will tell you that whenever they have an issue or circumstance come up, they will be presented with new clients who are experiencing the exact same issue or circumstance.  In coaching, they call it the 'mirror' effect and it's a known phenomenon.

So consider that what you are drawn to learn is what YOU most need to know. 

If you are interested in becoming a spiritual teacher, reader, author, or community builder, make sure to study your 'stuff' first and really explore it, whether you are doing this through intention or the power of life circumstances pushing you in a particular direction.

Reading the future in the Akashic Records - future posts, part II

Have you ever tried to predict the future, or had it done for you, and it’s been accurate?

If yes, then I’m sure it’s also true that you’ve had experiences of the same that have been totally inaccurate!

So is it possible to predict the future?

After many years of spiritual study, I would say – in some cases yes, in others, no.

Doesn’t that sound like what I said at the beginning?

Yes, you are correct. This is not intended to confuse you, but to give you an energetic sense of the changing nature of the future.

But here is what I have learned from embodying the energy of the future and how it can help us in the now.

What is true of the future energetically?

1. It doesn’t exist (yet)

2. We can create it

3. Others can influence it through free will

4. We are bound energetically by our present and past life energy unless we choose to release or clear blocks and restrictions

5. What we intend for our future steers us in that direction, consciously and unconsciously

6. We can change course and chart a new direction at any time

7. We can work with our Personal Energy to manifest our intended future.

Since this is the Akashic Messages blog...I thought I would ask my Akashic guides to comment on the nature of the future from the Akashic perspective.

Sarah: What is true of the future energetically?

AGs: We can hold a picture of the future in our minds and intend it, within reason.  

We are incarnated in a 3D human body, so generating the future there causes us restrictions which would not be present outside of the body - yet, that is the journey and the lesson both!

Find a way first of all to see the future as non-threatening.  Whether it is just a beautiful place that you travel in your mind's eye, or a feeling you have, start there.  

Paint a picture of yourself in this location and then ask yourself - what is different about there, from here?

Make a list, and act on it.  Inner Wisdom can be your guide.

Sarah:  How does free will affect our intended futures?

Think of the past and present as solid ground, energetically speaking.  The future is a matrix or lattice of webbing, imagine lasers in a smoky room.  

Do we step this way or that?  When we do, certain energies will be triggered.  

We have the choice to react to them, move away from them or stay neutral and observe.  

Whichever we choose, that is free will in action both by us and by people, circumstances or situations which make up the lattice.

Sarah:  Can we predict the future?

AGs: Yes, and no.  Gather actions, choices, potentials and probabilities and make a bridge.  

Keep heading in that direction and you are predicting your own future by your own actions.

Sarah:  What about people who have very accurate premonitions, (good or bad)?

AGs: Premonitions are guided future visions.  

Guides of all sort present them as pictures, feelings or thoughts for available awareness.  

If you are energetically aware enough, you will notice them.  

Some are time pods that we can walk into through group consciousness in 4D (4th-dimensional reality, realm of thoughts and ideas).  

Highly probable group or individual events contain many gathered or 'knotted' thought forms.

Sometimes a predictive force will intervene, such as an Angel or guide and create an event for people to 'choose'.

Sarah: How best to work with our Akashic Records in achieving our desired future?

AGs: Energy is the key.  There's a song about the future, too...

Do you know where you're going to?

Do you like the things that life is showing you?

Where are you going to?

Do you know?

Do you get what you're hoping for?

When you look behind you there's no open doors

What are you hoping for?

Do you know?

Liking where we are headed is half the battle.  Feeling we are in a friendly universe (we said nothing about friendly or unfriendly humans!) is another plus.  

If we don't like where we are headed, start to course correct.

And you can always ask your Records if you have done this before, in other life, or something similar, and what can be learned from that lesson while we create a new one!"

How can opening the Akashic Records help us?

Akashic Records - how can they help?

So how can opening the Akashic Records help us?

First of all it's important to understand that our Akashic Records are records - of us - of our thoughts, emotions, actions and circumstances in this life -- and also Past Lives, if you believe in those, too.

Energetically available to us in our DNA, our mission, should we choose to accept it - is to open to the energy.

The Greek command 'Know Thyself' and the Akashic Records

'Know Thyself' was carved on the entrance to the Greek Temple of Apollo at Delphi (ref Wikipedia) according to the writer Pausanias.

In modern times we have learned that self-discovery can be helpful to personal growth and development, whether it be psychotherapy sessions, meditation practice, going on a quest, journey or even pilgrimage, using hypnosis to dive deeper or even modern spiritual methods such as psychic readings, medium ship readings, energy work and channeling.

All of these methods can help us to dive deeper, learn more about ourselves, behaviors, reactions and even unlock and clear trauma from the physical body and energetic bodies.

Lots of work to do fellow Earth inhabitants!

All of the above (and more) are activities I have engaged in during the past 20 years or so in order to learn more about myself. I have learned a lot and grown a lot. As an intuitive person and a Highly Sensitive Person, if I didn't have some of the skills and tools I picked up on the journey, I can honestly tell you I wouldn't be in a good place right now.

Out of all of these practices, working with Akashic Records have helped me the most of all

The reason I started my Spiritual Journey is because I had so many experiences I couldn't explain and didn't have the words for. Initially I thought I was nuts and the only one experiencing these things (or alternatively I thought others might be experiencing what I was, but it wasn't talked about!).

The Akashic Records have given me peace because I wanted to know the 'why?'. Why did I see a person's face shoot the side, scream and 'melt' in the middle of a social gathering? Why did some things seem obvious to me and not apparent to others? It was very confusing.

So I do know more (can never know everything!) about my spiritual journey, why I have had some of the experiences I keep having - and how some of this business of being a spiritual being in a physical body works.

I feel as if the work in the Akashic Records has helped me to peel up one little corner of the Universe, peek inside and see the cogs in motion. At last. Deep breath. Release, relief, relax.

The potential of working in your Akashic Records

I've followed Lee Carroll for years (channels Kryon, written many books, channeled at the U.N. several times, most well known in the mainstream for writing 'The Indigo Children' with Jan Tober).

One of the things Kryon predicts is that in future generations children will be born with their Akashic Records fully intact and fully accessible in the present moment.

That means they will be able to remember everything from Past Lives, Karmic acts and reactions. Just imagine being able to do that in this life.

It puts a whole new spin on the term 'personal responsibility'.

Also imagine being able to recall and use all your talents, skills, abilities and Life Lessons from previous lives - on tap - whenever you needed it. Sounds kind of miraculous, really.

So, I hope I've gone some way in answering the question...

Remembering Akashic Messages from Past Lives?

Do you believe you are remembering Past Lives as part of your Spiritual Awakening?  Some signs of this can be

• Lucid dreams of the same family or friend group, but in a different time and place, even a different dimension
• Suddenly being drawn to a location that you visit - it feels so familiar - or equally visiting a location and hating it
• Finding yourself interested in developing a talent or ability that has lain dormant - or you loved during childhood but let go as you grew up
• Meeting a person who seems so familiar to you but you just can't put your finger on why
• Meeting somebody and you suddenly have extremely strong and passionate feelings for them, even if the match or pairing seems totally out of place with your present life.

Why are we connecting with Past Lives Now?

Many of us are beginning to experience an Akashic Awakening as we do spiritual work on ourselves, clear our energies and consciously clean our bodies with good diet and energetic practices such as yoga, tai chi, Rolfing and meditation.

This gives us room to consistently raise our vibration and begin to re-member.

As we move into the Aquarian Age, our bodies, minds and spirits are ready to wake up.

Are the experiences I'm having related to Past Life recall?

The experiences you are having could be related to connecting with your Akashic energy.  Past Life recall (and validation of those experiences in some way) can help us to understand that we are all moving forward on the Circle of Life and the Wheel of Karma.

Become conscious of these processes can help us to heal, evolve and understand our deep desires and yearnings for something more.

When we transition from one life to the next, any unresolved life experiences or lessons are embedded in our Akashic Records and get carried forward to the next lifetime for resolution.

Often these experiences are related to Past Life issues as yet unresolved - whether with people, emotions or circumstances, so when we re-incarnate we bring those issues with us for another swing.

How can I use my Past Life recall for spiritual growth?

Think of this body you have now as a smartphone, and your soul or spirit as the downloaded information or apps, photos, backgrounds and all.

You have a new or upgraded smartphone this time around and probably some new apps too!  However the older apps will still get downloaded in order that the programs can be run this time around.

You can't delete them yet because they make up an aspect of your Soul and Soul Contract.

That's why -- if you believe your current issues are connected with Past Life experiences -- it's a good idea to use the Akashic Records or Past Life Regression to work through your older programs - so you can delete them this time around and create new ones!

 Putting on full make-up one day on a weekend, I took my girls to the mall and the youngest (12) noticed and said “Mom, are you wearing mascara, you look so pretty!” She had never said that before. So it starts young.

Make-up as a survival tactic

The energy of beautification has been with women a long, long time. In order to survive, we were taught to parade our bodies and faces, decorating them in order to be noticed and kept.

Queen Elizabeth, the ruler of England, whitened her face to cover smallpox scars — the lead in the white paint ultimately made her very sick.

When make-up is fun, and when it's not

Wearing make-up is fun. Wearing jewelry is fun. If it stays in the realm of fun and self-expression, then we are helping ourselves as women.

If it becomes a necessary part of our persona for acceptance in society (the new ‘survival’) then it’s not about fun any more.

Decorating our faces (and bodies) was an idea that was good at the time (an Akashic principle). It can still be a good idea (hiding scars or birth marks for example so the person doesn’t have to endure the stares or ridicule of those less aware of themselves).

What could be a better idea than traditional make-up? 

Decorating our faces and bodies to enhance who we are at the soul level. How do we do that? Don’t know yet…it’s a new idea…one that I believe many women are ready to embrace.

How I connected with my Akashic Records

The Akashic Records - my first conscious connection

I didn't know anything about the Akashic Records.  I had learned about reflexology, energy work and even the Universal Calibration Lattice, or UCL® (our electromagnetic field)...but I knew nothing about the energy of the Akashic Field or Akashic Records.

Then one day I received a book from my One Spirit book club that I hadn't ordered.  I specifically declined it...but it turned up anyway!

I opened it and flicked through it...thinking..."I'll never read it!"

That book was How to Read the Akashic Records: Accessing the Archive of the Soul and Its Journey by Linda Howe.

Odd things happened when I opened this book

I started to read the book...something about it drew me in.  About halfway through I began to feel energy moving all over the outside of my body.  To be honest it freaked me out!

So I put the book on my bookshelf with all the other spiritual books sitting there (I have an SBH - Spiritual Book Habit) and left it at that, this was early in 2010.

Later that year I went through the difficult experience of losing my mother -- as part of this experience I found that I was going through another spiritual awakening as my mother in her last months began to realize that her energy field really did exist - and so did Loved Ones beyond the veil.

A few months after my mother's passing I began the search for greater answers...how did my mother know the things she did as we worked together on her health - and how did I experience moments with her energy and the energy of her family members who had already passed on?

I picked up the book again

This time I finished reading the book and the feeling of the energy moving over me was more comfortable.  I spent time accessing my Akashic Records using the Pathway Prayer Process© and found that I was able to give readings for other people simply and easily.

Ultimately I took some of Linda Howe's courses and became a Certified Advanced Practitioner with the Center for Akashic Studies.  Since then, I have continued to access my own Akashic Records for spiritual development and I also regularly give Akashic Records Readings for clients.

Recently I've developed my own Akashic Coaching Course for clients, to help anyone who wants to learn how to access their own Akashic Records easily and effectively as part of their spiritual practice.  Clients are enjoying this Skype coaching course and getting great results!

Kryon starts talking about the Akashic Records and the Elusive Akash

I've been following the work of Lee Carroll for years, an author, spiritual speaker and channeler of Kryon, an angelic entity.  He may be best known for the Kryon work and one of his more mainstream books called The Indigo Children: The New Kids Have Arrived.

How I got connected with the Kryon work is a whole other story!  What was interesting to note though was that a lot of the Kryon channelings started mentioning the Akashic Records and the system of the Akash -- and how many of us are here to awaken people to the concept of their own Akashic Energy.

I continue to read, learn and apply.  I'm working on some new Akashic Courses which will be available as soon as I can finish them!

What is the Causal Energy Body? Akashic Messages

The Causal Body?

I recently reviewed this book Highly Intuitive People: 7 Right-Brain Traits to Change the Lives of Intuitive-Sensitive People by Heidi Sawyer on my Mom On A Spiritual Journey blog.

In the book, the author (a practicing intuitive of 20 years standing) talks about the Causal Body -- an aspect of our Personal Energy Field -- and describes it as follows

We all have an inner child and an adult self....As the intuitive self develops, it provides a contact between these two parts of the self.  

The adult occasionally hears the child calling; the child feels that somewhere the 'parent' is waiting.  This gives the child hope; it searches further as it 'knows' the parent will find it.

These two parts of the self translate as the child (personality) and adult (soul).

When these two parts of the self find each other they unite, merging into a unified soul energy, a realization of what is known in Eastern philosophy as the Causal Body....

The Causal Body is known as the highest subtle energy body housing the true soul.  It is responsible for the highest creative aspect and the deepest part of the soul essence, where our true inner self manifests.  Our wisdom is stored here.

Your Akashic Records and the Causal Body

This concept is new to me and also seems to be a key for some deep healing, so I became fascinated by the idea and decided to ask my Masters, Teachers and Loved ones in my Akashic Records to comment.

Hello Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones!  Please tell me more about the Causal Body and how to consciously work with this aspect of our Selves.

"These two parts of Our Selves, the adult and inner child are always connected from the Akashic perspective.

When we incarnate and live in the Planet Earth schoolroom, these parts can become fragmented, separated and divided by trauma, programming and personal choice.

If somebody tells you 'not to be a baby' you may let go of a connected piece of your inner child aspect because - and this is the part of the event that is the good idea - you want to fit in!  Everybody wants to fit in when they are younger.

You don't lose this inner child piece, or other pieces that are let go, because they are always connected in multi-dimensionality, but in 3D they are 'apparently' separated.

The adult part of ourselves can be broken, thwarted and lost - or there can sometimes be a refusal by the other parts of ourselves, including the inner child, to assume the responsibilities that come with being an adult on planet Earth.

These fragmented pieces can float about in the aura, knocking into each other or into other people's lost and fragmented pieces, sometimes cause triggering, more pain and disassociation, or in the more hopeful scenario, healing and greater wholeness.

From the Akashic Energy Perspective as we said earlier, the Causal Body is always whole and healed.  Think of it as an energetic internet superhighway between our younger and older selves.  They are different aspects of us so why not communicate and pass information and data between them?  We never know what we might learn!

To consciously work with the Causal Body...

 -- play something you loved as a child and love and appreciate it yourself for it from an adult perspective

-- consider including more spontaneity where appropriate in your adult daily responsibilities

-- spend time watching children play in a park if you don't spend time with children in your daily life

-- ask your own children about their favorite aspects of being a child and how they think they might choose to continue that energy onwards into their adult life

-- consider any 'broken pieces' you believe you may have as the adult inner self, or inner child, and -- consider meditating on those aspects to gain greater clarity.

The best idea that we had about ourselves is that we were sinners, so God was going to save us.  This is changing very quickly.

In a very short period of time it's almost a shock - oh well wait a minute!  That essentially there's nothing wrong.

As I learned about reading the Akashic Records one of my teachers (Linda Howe) taught us wisely that initially when giving readings we should just focus on describing the energy of the Records - and not to try and bring in any other types of energy work or spiritual connection until we were more comfortable with the energy of the Records.

Then the Ascended Masters started coming in during Akashic Records Readings

Recently I've had two experiences with clients and two for myself where Ascended Masters have made themselves known during readings.

Unless extra energy is required, anyone who is having a reading receives energy from their specific Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones as a sort of 'combo' deal during a reading.

Any Ascended Masters (who may have lived on Earth before), Teachers (who may, or may not) and Loved Ones (those friends or family who have passed on in this life time) usually represent themselves as a number of beings of light, sending us energy which is described by an Akashic Records Reader - and that's the main job of a reader along with channeling the energy through the crown chakra, to the heart chakra and then into the client's heart chakra.

Edgar Cayce and the Akashic Records

When Edgar Cayce (a well-known Akashic Records Reader in the '30s) used to open the Akashic Records he did so for diagnostic purposes and would put himself in a light trance.

Then he'd find himself floating upwards through a number of different realms until he entered a vibrational realm called the Hall of Records.

There he would be handed a book by a Light Being and from this book he could read about health issues for the client.

Edgar Cayce's main skill was to offer diagnostic readings for clients to help them get well. His suggestions and ideas are still incorporated by many doctors today.

 So how and why do extra energies come in? And why would this be necessary? 

I decided to ask my Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones.

They say...

When the time is right certain Masters will appear to you or to clients. This may be hard to believe but these agreements have been made long before you leaned into the Wind of Birth.

If people are ready to work with their energy, the Masters will appear.

In Sarah's case she needed help with managing energy in the body and also some help being able not to take on other people's energies during readings.

She is also becoming an inspirational writer so Archangel Gabriel (aka the Messenger Angel) is very present with her right now. She has also been working with Serapis Bey to clear out old ideas and energies (resulting sometimes in not feeling attached to anything much!) and Merlin in order to understand how effective she can be as an Energy Healer.

Those of you that have received energy sessions face to face with her or remotely can attest to this.

 Why have Ascended Masters started coming in for clients?

You are ready Sarah, having done so much Akashic practice, to hold a greater energetic charge for clients. Their soul level truth holds the energetic markers from which Ascended Masters, Angels or energies will make themselves known.

You just need to be the channel, the conduit and enable the excellent connection you have with the Records, we do the rest!  

Just think of it like files waiting in the cloud to be found with a search engine and downloaded into the client's dropbox!

The analogy is very fitting. The readings are going to become more and more interesting as time goes by. Keep working with the Ascended Master Card deck and keep reading and learning about the Masters and the Angels.

Ideas can become deeply rooted beliefs

Quite a few years ago now I was attending an NLP seminar where the concept of beliefs was being discussed.  One audience member was quite adamant that he held no personal beliefs at all...until the instructor pointed out that he had to hold at least one belief -- that he had no beliefs to speak of!

Truth is our brains function as belief engines.  How we begin to understand and interpret the world has a lot to do with beliefs...that the toy will fall from our hands should we let it drop...that when we fall down we can get back up again...all these theories need to be tested until they become beliefs and then we can begin to move through the world as developing humans.

We are busy processing the world as we grow -- then along the way we take on beliefs and programming from others that may not serve us in the long run -- yet they are processed in our brains unquestioned by us at the time, simply because they are a  belief similar to those that have served us so far.  As to the quality of the idea or belief - we are not in a position to question at the time.

Through the ages we have held many beliefs and stored them in the Akashic Field

Recently I've been watching the Stars series The White Queen.

It's a dramatized story of the War of the Roses, with the Houses of York and Lancaster battling it out for the English throne over several decades.  Great drama, costumes and the stories are (mostly) true.

What interested me most about this series is the nature of the beliefs most of the characters hold.

Here are 5 examples of commonly held beliefs during the era of the War of the Roses

1. A King is chosen by God and therefore enacts God's word.
2. Women automatically forfeit all their riches and estates to whoever they marry.
3. It is possible to curse someone with your word.
4. Praying to God for vengeance on your enemies can spin the outcome in your favor.
5. If women are barren or do not produce sons, it is the woman's fault.

Which of these 5 beliefs has outlived its' time?

No. 1.  In most places in the world, Kings or Queens for that matter are no longer seen as the embodiment of God's word.  Does this idea still serve us?  Is it gone from the Akashic Field?  Perhaps for a while dictators and other spiritual leaders took over this mantel?

No. 2 the concept of a 'dowry' or having something to offer your husband still exists in many cultures in the world.  In the West this idea has more or less had its' day...but many women still act as if they forfeit all their riches to their husband when they marry.  It's in the Akashic Field, after all.

No 3.  This belief is still out there in many cultures.  A lot of people still believe that curses could harm a person.  Wondering if there is truth in this?  I certainly believe that gossip is a poisonous energetic activity and does no good to anyone, surely curses are worse.  For good or ill, I believe this particular idea still resides in the Akashic Field.

No 4.  In the West we can perhaps assume this doesn't happen.  There are parts of the world and extreme religious practices where this definitely still does happen.  I'm sure there are members of ISIS who pray for vengeance on their perceived enemies.  Yep, so that idea is still in the Akashic Field.

Well no. 5. we are pretty sure about.  Science now tells us that men, rather than women, influence the sex of a future child.  So we can release that belief from the Akashic Field.  Phew!  We dropped one!  (Mostly).

What ideas would you like to see released from the Akashic Field?  

 Pick 5 and work through them...some ideas have been around a long, long time.

This is a picture of Pickle, my trusty dachshund enjoying a favorite sunspot.  She has been with us for 3 years now and we believe she is about 8 years old.

We rescued her from the Kansas Humane Society and she has added so much to our lives, from functional help..

- crumb picker-upper

- kid tummy-ache comforter

- foot warmer

- movie watcher (as long as there's a blanket and popcorn)

to loving help and a pick me up...

- general companionship

- demands to play ball

- asks for hugs

- asks for a daily walk

- lets me know when it's time for dinner.

So why open my pet's Akashic Record?

Some of it was curiosity -- and some was need.  Pickle was always a bit nervous and initially would run and hide even if I picked up a dish towel.  She showed a lot of fear around men who wore hoodies or ballcaps and always growled when an F150 truck drove past (we live in Kansas, so there's a few of those!).  No other kind, just the F150.

So I opened her Records to find out more.

How to open the Records of your pet

I use the Pathway Prayer Process as prescribed by my teacher Linda Howe.  I used our dog's full name, given by my children "Pickle Hotdog Hinson".

If your pet walks away as you use the prayer - it's a no

If a pet stays with you as you use the prayer...then it's a go and you can read your pet's records.  If the pet walks or moves away from you or turns its' back...then it's a no thank you and you'll have to try another time.

Pickle stayed with me on our favorite chair...and as I opened her Records she turned her head and stared at me...and stayed that way for the whole of the conversation!

Now when I open my own Records I often hear answers from my own Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones...or see images, or feel or sense emotions (or all of the above).  In the case of Pickle's Records...I heard a little voice which seemed to be hers...since she stared at me the whole time.

Pickle's main concerns

What it came down to was that Pickle just wanted to know if she was a good enough dog.  That was it!  She didn't want to share anything about where she had lived before or past difficulties...just, was she a good enough dog and what else could she do?

I did my best to reassure her that she is certainly a good enough dog and that in all ways she was being extremely helpful and loving.  I asked her if there was anything else she would like and she said - more toys!

She also didn't want to stop barking at the doorbell because she believed it to be her duty to watch and guard the door.

I continued to reassure her until she turned her head away, sighed and lay down.  Then I closed her Records.

Afterwards?

Since that one Akashic Records Reading a few years ago Pickle has become more happy and relaxed.  As soon as I got the first new toy after that she paraded it around the house (a first!) and wanted to take it on the walk with her (another first).

I found that giving my dog an Akashic Records Reading was a great help for both of us.  She is happier, and I am happy knowing that she feels heard.

A greater meaning for the Akashic awakening of human memories

Why are we becoming aware of the Akashic Records in greater numbers now?

I was very happy to see that this blog passed the 10,000 views mark yesterday!  For a small blog, where I don't write very often that is quite an achievement.

A while back when I was waiting for an Akashic Coaching Client to arrive, I asked why she and I were called together to do the work.

The Akashic Message I received was

You are both involved in work that is greater than either of you.

So this week I decided to ask my Masters, Teachers and Loves Ones about the Akashic Awakening.  If a small blog like this is getting viewed this many times...then there is more to this than meets the human eye!

Here are my questions and their answers as this Akashic message

Why are so many people becoming aware of the Akashic Records and the energy of the Akash at this point in time?

In the past just a few

Now so many

We hear your call

You are all tired and exhausted of the fight with the lower energies

Light is pouring in, first through the crown chakras and now many heart chakras

As you relearn and remember the old ways and refresh and renew them with new awareness

It is inevitable...even though the dark is very dark, the light becomes brighter

And we all benefit.

Why are so many people having lucid dreams and past life recall?

This is one of the most powerful tools in the Akashic Spiritual Engine.  When the brain is in Theta (Theta state) your human minds and spirits can shift into states of consciousness where these connections are simple and straightforward to you and for you.

The more people who meditate daily, even weekly...will achieve the Theta state more easily in sleep and become conscious of these Akashic connections.  They have always existed...but Theta waves act as a bridge during the sleep state.  Result?  Lucid dreaming.

The past life recall comes through first from humans who are sincere in the heart center about dropping their karma within relationships this time around, this lifetime.  So their sincerity and their heartfelt calls to Source bring them a chance to re(member) somebody and clear their past difficulties for good.

That is one of the reasons why we are seeing more enlightened and conscious relationships on Earth from this point forward and that so many people are anxious to find a true Soul Mate to work with this time around.

The other past life recall comes from the children...who as the prophet Kryon says (Lee Carroll) will ultimately be born with an awakened Akash, knowing all past lives and any Karmic duties even as they grow.

Crystals and Indigo Children are beginning this wave of new evolved behaviors.  Just imagine an Israeli who remembers every pogrom and every war he has survived and can view all those events with wisdom.  Just imagine a Palestinian who remembers first hand all the tribal fights and bloodshed amongst his people and is ready to clear the karma...why would he continue on in the same way?

What is this Akashic Awakening helping us remember and what is the work that is greater than us?

The essential Akashic Message is the oneness.  

We are all one...if we can begin to remember the many 'ones' that even a single soul has been in consecutive lifetimes, then there lies unity.  We are all leaning into the wind of birth in order to fulfill soul contracts and lift the vibration of the planet.

The oneness is a greater goal than any single incarnated mind can even begin to contemplate, the light of such is blinding and all-encompassing.

As Souls in incarnated bodies...when we even begin to contemplate oneness we are lifted higher.  That is the work that is greater than any of us, either side of the veil.

In love with someone from a Past Life? - Akashic Messages from Another Life

Past Life Love Energy?

Have you ever felt a deep strong connection with someone that overrode all reason and thought?  I know I have.

Even if it isn't the time and place...you find yourself having feelings for a person that are completely surprising and even completely out of place.

But why do we love someone without any reason - could there be a Past Life connection?

I love this song recently released from Caleb Johnson (last year's American Idol winner) called Another Life.  It got me to thinking about Past Life Love Energy.


The words to this song are so compelling - apart from Caleb's artistry as a singer which is amazing.

Wonder what his past lives were?!   I thought it would be interesting to write some of the words out and ask my Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones for information.  Here goes...

My Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones say

It is the energy imprinted on the soul from many lifetimes that allows us to explore and know love and to trust that we will love again even - if we think it can't possibly happen to us again after all our hurts, injuries and history.

We do deserve love.  The Akashic Energy reminds us that we are worthy of love, since the three basic tenets of the Akash are Judge Not, Fear Not, Resist Not. 

When we avoid any of these three blocks we CAN love without judgement, without fear of the fact that our love may not be returned and without resistance of the flow of the Energy of Love.

Maybe it's a another time, maybe it's another day, maybe it's another life for you and me

When we sense another's energy as Past Life Love we will know because it leaps out of our hearts right at us.  There can be no mistake - only denial and chatter from the brain that the heart does not really know its' own truth. 

We are here, we have leaned into the Wind of Birth to live our lives and love our loves.  Whether there are Red Flags or no in a relationship we love that person anyway before any of the other considerations come into play.  That is the message of the Energy of Love. 

We often meet people and sense potentials - when we do this, the energy is softer and contains more of a sense of exploration rather than desperation!   The desperation comes from the Soul's urge to connect and clear karma, loss or pain. 

Do your best as incarnated humans to understand this and love will be easier and far less complicated.  That's a lot to ask of you, we know. :-)

What if tomorrow was the first day that we met?  And what if tomorrow was a day we could forget - I'd make you light up in the dark - paint the sky and leave a mark - so that everyone could see what would never be...

The Soul's urge pulls us together electromagnetically - there is a strong, otherworldly pull to be together even if it isn't wise.  What can we learn from this feeling and from the potentials it represents? 

Can we breathe into the space and inquire what we may learn before jumping?   Or we can jump!  There are many lives to live and work out the energy knots. 

We know there will be a great life or at the very least a great experience between us because our souls sense each other.  That is the truth of it.

Cause I know that what we hold is the greatest story never told

All love stories are the greatest stories.  They have been told in many ways and through many life themes as varied and sparkling as a crystal, as dark and deep as outer space and as complex and many layered as a deep dark void or black hole. 

The Energy is still love and still flows eternally.  It is our job to tell the stories and retell them as we work out the knots, blocks and obstacles placed in the way of pure Love on this planet.  And so it is.
