A new way to look at DNA from the spiritual perspective

Physical and Spiritual DNA - what are the differences?

For a while now I have been meditating on this question.

What is the difference between our physical DNA and its' expression, and the DNA from Past Lives that may influence our present through our Akashic Records?

Here is what I have learned so far.

Physical DNA

When we are incarnated into bodies, we respond to the expression of our genes, inherited from our physical ancestors.

Through something called DNA tagging, it has been established through scientific research that we may have DNA memories active from up to 14 generations of ancestors.  (Source, Dirty Genes Summit, Dr Ben Lynch).

How this manifests depends upon the individual.  At a very simple level, scientists notice that through studies of a rabbit warren, younger generations of rabbits remembered the location of a snare and avoided a particular run for 5 years, even though the snare had been removed.

Watership Down in action!

Perhaps you are wondering what memories are active for you from your ancestors?  Sometimes these can manifest as memories, talents, gifts or abilities.  For example, I seem to be a very adept knitter, without really having to teach myself much.  My mother loved to knit, too.

Knowing our gene expression and learning more about our mutated genes can also be very helpful for health.

Recently I discovered through genetic testing that I have a 50% chance of developing celiac's disease through my specific gene expression (allergy to gluten and all its' derivatives).  I can confirm this since during the last few years I have been unable to tolerate gluten well in my diet.

Spiritual DNA

Think of our DNA from Past Lives as an electromagnetic field we have access to, an energetic summary of all of our learnings, traits, genetic expressions, and abilities.

So through spiritual techniques such as the Akashic Records work, we can learn about our past experiences through a direct energetic connection with our DNA.  This (my Akashic Guides are popping to say) is one reason why an Akashic Records Reading can be such a powerful experience and resource.

It can often feel to clients as if they are reliving a life, circumstance or experience, either through Past Life memories or during this life when they get stuck in what I call the Akashic Spin Cycle.

A  karmic repetition of events that seems to just cycle around and around, never getting clean of the suds!

Cleaning up genetic expression at the physical level

To do this, through the science of epigenetics, we can get tested and then see a functional MD (Naturopath) who may help us with diet and specific supplements to rebalance dirty gene expression.  This is a journey I am just beginning myself.

Cleaning up genetic expression at the spiritual level?

This, in my experience, is where working with our Akashic Records can be so useful.  Becoming aware of our Akashic History (for example with a Soul Star Reading) can enable us to do Soul-Level housework, clearing out old patterns and connections that no longer serve us, so that we can move on and create new and fresh experiences based on the wisdom of the past, rather than being mired and enmeshed in the past, creating it over and over from a position of unawareness.

This is evolution, in my experience.

The Stargate

Do you like the picture of my Stargate?  It has been designed from a number of different forms of sacred geometry by a man called Prageet Harris.

I have started used my personal Stargate during energy sessions and readings (even took it with me secretly to the dentist the other day!).

The Stargate is an interdimensional doorway to help us magnify energies.  I have started to use it during Akashic Readings and clients are experiencing interesting results.

Feel free to contact me if you feel drawn and would like a Stargate Akashic Reading!

When your guru collapses

Guru collapse

On the spiritual journey?  Then like me you will have met the teacher 'when the student is ready'.

I have guru-ized people on the journey.

Let's face it, we encouraged to do so.  From rock stars to football players, actors to musicians of all kinds, we're encouraged to be fans.

So we may automatically become fans on the spiritual journey, too

Sometimes this energy is useful and helpful for us.  It gets us off our proverbial butts, excites us, gets us moving along the road to change, difference, opens us to new feelings.

Somebody else's energized aura can help us see which direction to head in next and what resonates strongly for us at the behavioral, emotional or spiritual level.

But then one of our gurus collapses

Perhaps there's a scandal.   Perhaps the work no longer resonates.  Perhaps we spent money on a program that does nothing for us and the dream starts to fizzle and look more like a wet paper bag.

There is a way out of this.

Part of the spiritual journey is to understand that at some point we turn inwards towards our own practice.  At some point we put the puzzle pieces together of everything we have learned and connect it with our own pieces of self.

One of my energy teachers (who thank g-d never guru-ized herself) always said

"The wisdom is within".

Sometimes I could hear it, take it in and sometimes hearing it irritated the ever living doo-doo out of me.

Yet it's true.

At some point we need to turn inwards, to realize that our own voice has become louder and easier to hear because of the work we put in.  That our own bodies are informing us every minute of every day about how to move forward.

And that, as Kryon says (channeled by Lee Carroll)

"Spirit Guides are really a part of us.  At some point on the journey, we will find that the external guides will 'go away' and we will be listening to our own inner voice".

Turn inwards for the wisdom

So when you do experience the collapse of the guru on your journey, however that may come about, take a look inside, turn inward and see how what you have learned can help you.

Sometimes you can read a book, an entire series of books and there will be one useful, powerful piece of information that assists you, changes you or forces a paradigm shift and the rest is just buzz.

That can be true of a spiritual teacher or guru too.

So remember to take what serves you and move on - the answer is within.

An Akashic Message about Ascended Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones

Akashic Messages - when starting to Read your Records keep it simple

As I learned about reading the Akashic Records one of my teachers (Linda Howe) taught us wisely that initially when giving readings we should just focus on describing the energy of the Records - and not to try and bring in any other types of energy work or spiritual connection until we were more comfortable with the energy of the Records.

Then the Ascended Masters started coming in during Akashic Records Readings

Recently I've had two experiences with clients and two for myself where Ascended Masters have made themselves known during readings.

Unless extra energy is required, anyone who is having a reading receives energy from their specific Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones as a sort of 'combo' deal during a reading.

Any Ascended Masters (who may have lived on Earth before), Teachers (who may, or may not) and Loved Ones (those friends or family who have passed on in this life time) usually represent themselves as a number of beings of light, sending us energy which is described by an Akashic Records Reader - and that's the main job of a reader along with channeling the energy through the crown chakra, to the heart chakra and then into the client's heart chakra.

Edgar Cayce and the Akashic Records

When Edgar Cayce (a well-known Akashic Records Reader in the '30s) used to open the Akashic Records he did so for diagnostic purposes and would put himself in a light trance.

Then he'd find himself floating upwards through a number of different realms until he entered a vibrational realm called the Hall of Records.

There he would be handed a book by a Light Being and from this book he could read about health issues for the client.

Edgar Cayce's main skill was to offer diagnostic readings for clients to help them get well. His suggestions and ideas are still incorporated by many doctors today.

So how and why do extra energies come in? And why would this be necessary?

I decided to ask my Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones.

They say...

When the time is right certain Masters will appear to you or to clients. This may be hard to believe but these agreements have been made long before you leaned into the Wind of Birth.

If people are ready to work with their energy, the Masters will appear.

In Sarah's case she needed help with managing energy in the body and also some help being able not to take on other people's energies during readings.

She is also becoming an inspirational writer so Archangel Gabriel (aka the Messenger Angel) is very present with her right now. She has also been working with Serapis Bey to clear out old ideas and energies (resulting sometimes in not feeling attached to anything much!) and Merlin in order to understand how effective she can be as an Energy Healer.

Those of you that have received energy sessions face to face with her or remotely can attest to this.

Why have Ascended Masters started coming in for clients?

You are ready Sarah, having done so much Akashic practice, to hold a greater energetic charge for clients. Their soul level truth holds the energetic markers from which Ascended Masters, Angels or energies will make themselves known.

You just need to be the channel, the conduit and enable the excellent connection you have with the Records, we do the rest!

Just think of it like files waiting in the cloud to be found with a search engine and downloaded into the client's dropbox!

The analogy is very fitting. The readings are going to become more and more interesting as time goes by. Keep working with the Ascended Master Card deck and keep reading and learning about the Masters and the Angels.

This is how you will work with them. In the light of the Akash and the golden sparkling energy of our Higher Self paths to the soul. xxxx
